Curious by nature, I like to explore sound from different angles — through field recordings, a variety of microphones, and FX pedals that reveal unexpected textures. Sampling, working with drum machines and synthesizers, or using reel-to-reel tape are all part of my process, offering tactile ways to shape and transform sound.
Recording and processing sounds or loops outside the computer helps me break routines and embrace accidents — glitches, timing imperfections, or unexpected noise that often bring a track to life. I’m especially drawn to organic textures, detuned elements, analog delays, and moments of subtle instability. These details, though imperfect, often carry the most character.
